Gardening with Kids

I am learning the hard way with trying to garden with my 3 year old. Noah loves to dig. Whenever he ventures out into the garden the first thing he does is grabs the shovel or fork, run up the back of the garden, usually where I have potatoes growing, and starts digging. Noah has no concept of boundaries, he will often dig up a potato and run indoors shouting “mashed tato”. The connection of where food comes from to his dinner plate has started, and long may it continue!

Green School Programs

One of the core passions behind setting up my business is to find ways to educate children in not only healthy eating but also education of the food cycle. I am currently training some adults of varying ages in my corporate workplace and not one of them new whether it took a rooster for a chicken to produce eggs. We really have fallen a long way in our understanding of food and the processes involved of where it comes from and how it is produced, packaged and transported to our dining room table.
